The app is intended for equine therapy professionals aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure.
Each plan includes a one-month free trial. Billing begins after the trial. Fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime via the Profile section; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
You may use the app to manage horse records, conduct assessments, schedule appointments, and share treatment reports with horse owners — strictly for your professional equine therapy practice.
You retain ownership of your records. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process data to deliver services. You must obtain consent before entering owner data.
All app content and features belong to the company or licensors. You may not copy or distribute without permission.
The app is provided "as is." It is a reference tool for professionals and does not constitute veterinary advice.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months.
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for violations.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction.
